News: Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Eutaw Man

SUMTER COUNTY, AL – A man has died from injuries received in a two-vehicle crash near York, according to Tuscaloosa News.
Authorities say the wreck took place at approximately 3:15 a.m. Sunday. The man was traveling on I-59 about five miles north of York when his 2015 Nissan Maxima struck the front of an oncoming 2019 Dodge Ram.
The man, a 44-year-old from Eutaw, died at the site of the crash. The Dodge’s driver, a woman from Georgia, was hospitalized for her injuries.
The Highway Patrol Division of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is currently looking into the crash. We will be following this story as it develops.
