LEE COUNTY, AL - A vehicle overturned on Highway 280 and subsequently obstructed traffic Sunday afternoon, WVTM 9 reports.
The car crashed and overturned near the 132.6-mile marker, near the highway’s intersection with Old Columbus Road.
The wreck led to slowdowns as one southbound lane was closed. The Alabama Department of Transportation reports that traffic was delayed for at least an hour.
The highway has since been reopened after the local cleanup crews cleared away the debris from the crash. It is unknown if anyone was hurt after the wreck.
