News: Car wreck kills child, injures four

OAKMAN, AL – A head-on crash on Alabama 69 killed a 10-year-old and injured four others yesterday morning, ABC 3340 reports.

At around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, a 2007 Chrysler 300 crashed into a 2012 Toyota Camry. Five people, including both drivers and three minors, were hospitalized for their injuries. A 10-year-old who was in the Chrysler passed away at the hospital.  The wreck took place on Alabama 69 highway near Oakman.

The circumstances of the crash are still being investigated.
