News: Man charged with murder after lawnmower accident in Mobile County
MOBILE COUNTY, AL – A Saraland man has been charged with homicide after hitting a man driving a lawnmower on Sunday evening, according to NBC 15 News.
The driver of a John Deer lawnmower was struck by a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette traveling on Alabama 217 at around 5:01 p.m. Sunday. The man operating the lawnmower died at the scene of the crash. The Corvette driver, a man from Saraland, was taken into custody and charged with murder this morning. The wreck took place near mile marker 16 on the highway.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is currently investigating this case.
