News: One dead, two hurt after Talladega County wreck

TALLADEGA COUNTY, AL – An accident involving three cars has fatally injured one driver and hospitalized two others today, according to Trussville Tribune.

The driver of a 2003 Ford Windstar was traveling on Plant Road this evening when he crashed into a 2006 Ford Explorer then a 2017 Toyota Rav4. The Ford Windstar driver, a man from Talladega, died at the scene of the crash. The Ford Explorer and Toyota drivers were hospitalized at Regional Medical Center. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

The accident took place at about 6:34 p.m. today, five miles west of Talladega.

The Highway Patrol Division with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is currently looking into the accident.
