News: One driver injured after Cherokee Co. crash

CHEROKEE COUNTY, AL – A Georgia woman was injured on Monday morning after her car crashed on Highway 35, according to Sky 21.

The woman in a 2009 Dodge Challenger was driving on Alabama Highway 35 at about 1:45 a.m. when her vehicle crashed for unknown reasons.

The driver, a woman from Georgia, sustained non-life-threatening injuries after the accident.

Information about the circumstances of the wreck is not yet available as the Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
