News: Passenger trapped after east Birmingham crash

BIRMINGHAM, AL – A pin-in collision led to shutdowns on I-59 yesterday, ABC 3340 reports.

The accident happened around 4:00 p.m., near Exit 132 to US 11. The northbound lane of the highway was closed after the incident.

Fire crews were called to extricate a passenger from their vehicle. Their condition remains unclear at this time.
