News: Single-vehicle near Vernon wreck kills man
VERNON, AL – A driver was killed Friday night after his vehicle struck a tree near Lamar County Road 9, according to AL.com.
The unidentified man was driving his 2007 Ford F-150 at about 9:15 p.m. when he departed from the road and struck a nearby tree.
The driver was pronounced dead at the crash site, which was approximately 13 miles south of Vernon.
