News: Woman killed in single-vehicle crash near Curry

CURRY, AL – A Jasper woman was killed after her vehicle departed a road and ran into a tree late this morning, according to WVTM 13.

At about 11:10 a.m. the victim was driving on Raccoon Creek Road about two miles north of Curry when her car swerved from the road and hit a tree.

The woman was pronounced dead a the scene. Her identity is being withheld pending further investigation.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is currently investigating this incident. We will be following this story as it develops.
